We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting quality audits and providing insights to help us optimize our support processes.

About the Role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that our customer support operations are of the highest quality. You'll be responsible for monitoring communications across email, phone, chat, and other channels to identify areas for improvement. Your goal will be to provide actionable intelligence to our managers so they can make informed decisions about how to improve our support logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor communications to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide quality intelligence to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with the training team to bridge knowledge gaps
  • Report on weekly quality metrics
  • Identify root causes and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Strong spreadsheet skills to analyze data and manage projects
  • A results-driven mindset
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
