Operations Coordinator and Quality Assurance

The Operations Coordinator and Quality Assurance role is a vital position in our organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating workflows, assisting in process improvements, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service quality meets company standards.

This role requires a strong organizational and time-management skillset, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, administration, or project coordination, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of service performance based on quality assurance standards.
  • Perform call/chat/email reviews and provide constructive feedback to frontline teams.
  • Identify quality gaps and work closely with team leads to implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality scorecards, tracking tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Support training initiatives by highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring quality alignment.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency and fairness.
  • Assist in developing quality guidelines, templates, and best practices documentation.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (a plus)
