Process Improvement Lead Job Description

This role is responsible for analyzing existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and be able to develop actionable recommendations for process optimization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting root cause analyses to identify the source of operational issues;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design workflows that align with business objectives;
  • Utilizing data analytics to track performance and monitor the impact of implemented changes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role; and minimum 5 years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
