We are seeking a skilled Technical IT Support Professional to join our dynamic team at J-K Network Services. As an entry-level professional in the field of Information Technology, this role is perfect for individuals with a passion for technology and a drive to learn.

Job Summary

This position involves providing essential support in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT infrastructure management. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing technical assistance to end-users, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, performing routine system maintenance, and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and applications.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and monitor network performance to optimize IT operations.
  • Evaluate and implement measures to ensure data security, perform regular backups, and maintain cybersecurity protocols.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to support technology improvements and special projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in technology, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity is also required, along with basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
