Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and analyse dynamic databases of registered companies to identify high-potential leads based on established criteria.
  • Research and gather relevant contact details for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
  • Engage with prospects via LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalised messages to drive engagement and response.
  • Qualify leads by assessing readiness for further conversation and interest in accounting services.
  • Deliver qualified leads of business owners ready to explore services to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
  • A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative—comfortable solving problems independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
