
Remote Business Development Specialist

This is a remote position working non-traditional hours.
We help businesses grow through strategic outreach and consultative sales. We're expanding our sales team and looking for experienced professionals to join us in creating and developing new business opportunities.
The RoleYou will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings or appointments between them and the sales team.
Responsibilities- Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
- Research and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
- Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
- Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients
- Track activity and progress through CRM
- Has experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive phone presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
