Marketing and Brand Strategist Role

This position is responsible for driving online lead generation through a combination of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.

The role involves launching and managing lead generation campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels. A key aspect of this job is continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies, and developing innovative growth-focused marketing plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive online lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
