Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new leads and expanding existing customer relationships through effective communication, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with our sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and feedback on lead generation campaigns' effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
