Business Development Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting welcome/introduction calls with new clients, handling objections, and qualifying leads.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in phone calls to answer client questions and build rapport
  • Address client concerns while reinforcing the value proposition
  • Evaluate client needs and determine which solution fits best in terms of value and cost-effectiveness
  • Qualify leads and assess readiness to proceed with the purchase
  • Manage ongoing interactions with clients and maintain accurate records

Requirements and Expectations
  • At least 3 years of experience working with clients
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Confident on the phone and able to handle objections from business customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset
