Key Accounts Manager

As an Associate, Key Accounts Management, you will be part of the B2B SaaS team that helps simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia.
The role involves building a pipeline of deals, tracking performance against sales targets, and working closely with partners to develop solutions that meet consumer needs while meeting performance goals. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.
The critical tasks you will perform include:
- Identifying, sourcing, and acquiring enterprise clients in the Philippines with local or regional presence.
- Developing long-lasting relationships with main accounts through long-term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them.
- Establishing an understanding of the Grab For Business product and Grab's business solutions to service clients better.
- Presenting deal reviews and pipeline forecasts based on data-driven insights to guarantee a healthy pipeline and align with team goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-4 years of B2B Sales within a B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment.
- A deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup.
- Demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Comfortable with data analysis (Docs / Sheets / Slides).
