Job Summary
The Key Accounts Specialist (ECommerce) plays a pivotal role in supporting Alphacommerce's partnership with clients, driving alignment between external principals and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and operational excellence. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role is responsible for managing relationships with the principal clients and ensuring accurate implementation of projects across multiple channels, including eCommerce, content, creatives, ads, live, and retail.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can navigate both internal and external stakeholder needs while reflecting Alphacommerce's mission of providing every Filipino access to a healthy life.
Key Responsibilities
A. External Coordination (Client):
- Negotiate with the principal on specific matters (e.g., operational requests or pricing adjustments) as delegated by the Brand Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the principal (Client) in the absence of the Brand Manager.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between the principal and internal teams.
- Prepare sales and performance reports, presentations, and other documentation for submission to the principal.
B. Internal Coordination (Implementation Across Teams):
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of promotions, pricing updates, and product launches as directed by the Brand Manager.
- Monitor and follow up on sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Brand Manager.
- Occasionally take ownership of tasks such as creating content, managing eCommerce listings, and implementing planned promotions to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines when necessary to meet the requirements of Nestlé.
C. Project Oversight:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Content, Creatives, Ads, Live, and Retail to implement account-specific plans and meet client expectations.
- Act as the bridge between internal sub-teams and the principal to ensure all projects are aligned with the overall strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, ECommerce, or Sales, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proven experience managing relationships with external clients or principals, particularly in key account or partner management roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to travel and attend meetings or site visits as needed.
