Sales and Partnerships Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Leader to drive the growth of our new franchise business model. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful business expansion and partnership management in a franchise setting.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with high-value investors and partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the new franchise model.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential franchise investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and excellence for new franchise ventures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within business development, specifically in franchise development or high-value investment scenarios.
- Proven track record of successful business expansion and partnership management in a franchise setting.
