Job Title: Strategic Account Growth Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to lead our efforts in retaining and developing high potential Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.

About the Job:
  • This is an opportunity to work closely with senior-level stakeholders to deliver business growth through strategic account planning, execution, and relationship-building.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management and a strong understanding of commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for partner matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to transition partners from a newly launched status to long-term success.
  • Conduct thorough research on clients' companies to stay up-to-date on rebranding, organization changes, print needs, seasonality, etc.
  • BUILD and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of account management experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills:
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes
