Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to senior executives and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, ideally in a similar role
  • Proven experience in B2B sales – especially in business process outsourcing, software as a service, or information technology
  • A track record of success in virtual selling (sales presentations a must)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Previous experience with Virtual Assistant or Business Support Services is highly regarded
