Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies globally
  • Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and meet KPIs
Requirements:

Applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
