OverviewThe successful candidate will play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies globally
- Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
- Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
- Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
- Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
- Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and meet KPIs
Applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
