Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will support the COE Enablement Partners and team members with tasks required to manage the NoE successfully and effectively. They will understand how the COE Reporting & Analysis team supports the delivery of Sales Excellence Offerings, contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, and gain a full understanding of project requirements and how to perform them accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience in software development.
- 1-4 years' experience in similar work.
- English language fluency (oral and written).
- Highly proficient in learning and applying processes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge to intermediate level in Excel VBA and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficient in software development life cycle.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
