Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving basic technical issues in a courteous and professional manner.

You will work closely with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems. Additionally, you will use internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently and follow all required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to type 20+ words per minute, and have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). You should also be familiar with Windows operating systems and have strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
