Job Description

Vivid Money is a cutting-edge mobile banking app that offers a comprehensive solution for daily money needs. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our customers via chat and email, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Gathering feedback and reporting issues to help us improve our product
  • Collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Representing Vivid Money and building trust with our customers through excellent communication skills
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong observational skills for process improvement
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
  • Flexibility to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week
