Job Overview

An executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives within the company. The primary responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and documents, and handling phone calls and correspondence.

Requirements
  • Female, aged 23-35 years old
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Background in accountancy and administrative work is an advantage
  • Excellent administrative support skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
