We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team in our Angeles City office. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team members and clients
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
