About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at Novanox LTD.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle calls to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Client Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails, including client inquiries, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Assist with document management and client file organization to maintain a secure and organized digital environment.
  • Project Tracking: Track projects and tasks, providing regular updates to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks as needed, including data management and other duties to ensure process management and team synchronization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as an administrative or virtual assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask.
  • High-level proficiency in English – mandatory.
