Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Coordinate and schedule electrical jobs, appointments, and meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the electrical team to ensure clear communication and project updates.
  • Track and maintain records of electrical projects, including job progress, material orders, and work schedules.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks and client inquiries.
  • Provide customer support by answering calls, emails, and resolving general queries related to electrical services.
  • Maintain and organize files and documents, both digital and physical.
  • Use relevant software to manage workflow, such as project management tools and accounting software.
  • Perform research and assist in sourcing materials and tools as needed for electrical projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the electrical trade industry is essential, with a strong understanding of the terminology and processes.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
