Helpdesk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technology Services Coordinator to join our team at Propel Manila. This role involves ensuring the efficient management of our IT assets and infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and information security policies.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for both Apple Mac and Windows systems.
- Configure and manage email systems, including Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and other IT-related equipment.
A strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development are essential for this role.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical roles.
- Knowledge of Apple Mac systems and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
