Atlas Copco (Philippines), Inc is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Cebu.

About the Role:

The Office Support Apprenticeship/ Internship program provides hands-on experience in office administration, document handling and supporting accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling inquiries and supporting senior staff during their fieldwork.
  • Gain experience in AR processes by assisting with follow-up calls to customers and understanding collection workflows.
  • Build skills in managing incoming shipments and documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Enhance professional communication by interacting with customers and internal teams to support collections and office management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar; coursework in business administration, office administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Fixed term, Temporary contract with a duration of 6 months.
  • Paid training.

Work Arrangements:

  • 8 hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Fixed shift.
  • Holidays.
  • Monday to Friday.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around PHP 240,000 - PHP 300,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
