We are seeking a skilled Podcast Growth Manager to drive revenue growth for our podcasts by managing partnerships, sponsorships, and advertiser relationships.

About the Role:
  • Sponsorship Deal Management: Secure sponsorship deals for individual podcasts and the network as a whole.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners.
  • Optimized Ad Placements: Ensure optimal ad placements within podcast episodes to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients and negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize sponsorship campaigns.
  3. Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
  4. Oversee podcast scheduling and coordinate with talents and hosts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or sponsorships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
