As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in implementing promotional and sales strategies in all National Accounts and working closely with customers to increase share of space and encourage sales growth.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets for Mercury stores within the assigned territory.
- Implement directives according to plan in all National Accounts.
- Timely implement promotional activities planned by Headquarters.
- Ensure stock availability for all customers.
- Conduct van rides with Distributors.
- Guide and educate Distributor Field Sales Teams (DFST) during van rides.
- Implement company programs/projects in Traditional Trade markets.
- Built and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
- Continuously improve in-store share of space to increase sales volume.
- Provide timely feedback on issues requiring attention.
- Monitor competitors and develop counter strategies with the Key Account Manager.
