Franchise Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Growth & Franchise Expansion
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the brand's market reach.
- Identify and secure new locations for stores expansion, including malls, transport hubs, and high-foot-traffic areas.
- Build a strong franchise network, recruiting and supporting new franchise partners.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify profitable locations and target markets.
- Drive corporate partnerships, bulk orders, and B2B sales (e.g., office catering, events, online delivery platforms).
- Develop and present business proposals, franchise packages, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with franchisees, suppliers, and real estate partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, franchise management, or sales (preferably in food & beverage).
- Strong background in franchising, B2B sales, and expansion strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with mall operators, landlords, and real estate developers is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
- Passion for Filipino food, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
