Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Coordinate with senior technical support engineers and team leaders to address critical technical issues
- Set up new user accounts and profiles, and provide walkthroughs to staff or clients to resolve issues
- Take ownership of assigned incident tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Update end-users on the status of their requests and provide proactive communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of desktop environment, network diagnostics, and repair
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
