Job Title: Academic Support Coordinator

  • The Educational Support Specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.
  • They actively support regional operations.
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families.

  • Maintain operating standards, including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing business data, and creating schedules with students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress.
  • Help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Manage your own time in compliance with company requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Other responsibilities as required by the business.
