Job Title: Operations Manager

This role is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, requiring strong English communication and writing skills.

  • Coordinate and manage virtual projects that involve streamlining communication with stakeholders, planning and analyzing data on program efficacy, and more.
  • Support regional operations by providing exceptional academic services to students and their families.
  • Operate seamlessly in a virtual setting.
  • Maintain high standards for people, finance, and academics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards.
  • Offer virtual administrative support to regional operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating schedules with students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency targets.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Monitor students' academic progress.
  • Ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Manage your time according to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Perform other duties as required by the business.
  • Develop strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to create excellent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Capacity to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month.
  • Effective communication in virtual environments.
  • Proficiency in using various communication media.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Team player.
  • Adaptability – able to adjust to changes in work environment.
  • Able to acquire new skills as needed.
  • Experience managing remote teachers.
  • Self-motivation.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
