Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Manage schedules and virtual tutoring sessions to meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Monitor student academic progress and provide quality customer service.
  • Perform payroll functions, including processing payrolls through ADP.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones and managing daily business data.
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling payroll is preferred.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
