">Responsibilities:
  • The Educational Case Manager is a crucial position that supports the success of our organization by conducting intakes, coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Actively contribute to Regional Operations, ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families, operating effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Maintain high standards in people, financial, and academic aspects, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Deliver programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to efficiently staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Conduct virtual tutoring sessions, monitoring all students' academic progress.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives, manage your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Other responsibilities as required by the business.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor, effective communication both in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using all communication media including in-person, phone, and video.
  • Build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or team members.

  • Able to acquire new skills as required.
