Program Leadership Opportunity

Requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • • 2-3 years of progressive career growth in program leadership or related field.

  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and as part of a virtual team.
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate instructors and provide quality customer service.
  2. Support Regional Operations actively.
  3. Provide academic services to students and their families.
  4. Manage daily business data, schedules, and tutoring sessions.
  5. Monitor student progress and adjust academic plans accordingly.
  6. Communicate with partner program directors to review progress and renew enrollments.
  7. Other responsibilities as required by the business.
