Job Title: Educational Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage educational payroll operations. This fully remote opportunity requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a passion for delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructors, track student progress, and provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
  • Support Regional Operations by performing payroll functions, including data management, scheduling, and virtual administrative tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of academic services, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage class schedules, staff sessions, and tutoring programs to meet company targets and goals.
  • Monitor student progress, ensure seamless execution of programs, and build strong relationships with students and their families.
Requirements:
  • Preferred experience in handling payroll through ADP payroll provider.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor, effective communication, and adaptability in virtual environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth and experience working in a virtual operations environment.
