  • The Academic Support Associate coordinates instructors, tracks student progress, and provides quality customer service.
  • They actively support regional operations and provide outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • They operate seamlessly in a virtual environment and maintain operational standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • They ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • They meet operational excellence standards and provide virtual administrative support to regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency and usage targets.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and monitor all students' academic progress.
  • Help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
