Enterprise Customer Success Manager

The role of this position involves developing trust with customers, understanding their objectives, and aligning expectations by suggesting relevant services and products, alleviating pain points, and drawing collaboration roadmaps.

This requires effective communication skills to onboard new customers and introduce them to our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Introduce new customers to our product offerings and provide a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Engagement Planning: Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop engagement plans that meet customer needs.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Manage a customer portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and renewal risks to drive business growth.
  • Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with cross-functional teams to discuss customer progress and address any concerns.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers internally and influence product roadmaps and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience related to IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, IoT.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills for complex software discussions.
  • Process Improvement: Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
  • Team Player: Ability to interact across departments and levels as a team player.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
