Join to apply for the Base Aircraft Engineer role at Aviation Partnership Philippines.Performs and certifies aircraft maintenance tasks during scheduled base maintenance inputs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine and non-routine maintenance on structural, mechanical, and avionics systems during base checks

Conduct inspections, repairs, modifications, and component replacements in accordance with maintenance manuals and regulatory standards

Complete and certify all maintenance work following Part-145 regulations and company procedures

Support aircraft during major maintenance events (e.g., C-Checks, lighter checks) within hangar environment

Coordinate with planners, engineers, and logistics teams to ensure efficient task execution

Operate ground support equipment (GSE) and tools safely and properly

Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times

Participate in shift rotations and assist in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery efforts when neededEDUCATION & TRAININGAssociate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or AvionicHolder of a valid CAAP Aircraft Maintenance LicenseRated on any customer aircraft typeKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEType-rated and experienced on at least one customer aircraft type

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation maintenance industrySKILLS & ABILITIESAdditional type ratings or approvals are an advantage

Experience in heavy maintenance environments is preferred

Proficient in using maintenance management systems such as AMOSSeniority levelAssociateEmployment type
