Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Executive to drive business growth across East & Southeast Asia.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and experience in partner management to join our team and take on a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners such as migration agents, wealth managers, law firms and real estate brokers.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of high net worth individuals through regional partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide sales enablement tools, training and product updates.
  • Represent the company at regional roadshows, conferences and networking events.
  • Provide market insights, competitor activity and regulatory developments to HQ.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Mandarin language skills (native/advanced) are essential for China coverage.
  • English language skills (fluent) are required for regional coordination.
  • Vietnamese, Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia language skills are highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in channel/partner sales within wealth management, real estate or investment migration.
  • Strong existing network of licensed migration agents and high net worth advisors.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions.
