Regional Partner Developer

The role of Regional Partner Developer is critical to driving growth and revenue objectives.

  • Develops long-term relationships with regional partners, understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and strategic goals.

This involves developing a deep understanding of the partner's business, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researches and evaluates prospective partners using ideal partner profiles and targeting scorecards.
  • Describes relevant participation requirements and benefits of partnership programs, including application, approval processes, and timelines.

Regular communication and updates are essential in maintaining strong, productive relationships.

Collaboration and Partnership
  • Engages cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, solutions architects, and product management, to develop and execute joint value propositions and bundled offers.
  • Facilitates development and alignment of go-to-market strategies and collateral.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential in establishing trust and credibility with partners.

Go-to-Market Execution
  • Responsible for pipeline development, sales targets, sales plans, deal management, day 2 support, billing and ordering support, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Business/Pipeline Reviews
  • Participates in global joint business planning and oversees deal tagging and tracking process.
  • Has joint funnel oversight and responsibility for ensuring accurate forecasting and sales performance metrics.
