Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consumer insights and market research efforts across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies to identify consumer needs, behaviors, and trends.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and category performance to inform business decisions.
- Identify emerging consumer trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into business planning and execution.
- Support go-to-market strategies with consumer segmentation, pricing analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Manage relationships with external research agencies to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of insights.
- Partner with global and local teams to test and validate new product concepts.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research or analytics within FMCG industries.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities to drive business outcomes.
