Regional Business Development Manager

This role is designed to drive revenue growth within a designated region by leveraging strong leadership, sales acumen, and market understanding.

A successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the territory.

The ideal candidate will set clear sales objectives and goals aligned with company targets and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Analyze market data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development roles.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Preferably with background or experience in financial industry sectors such as banking, microfinance institutions (MFIs), or digital wallets.
