Lead Strategic Business Partner - APACThis is a key leadership role driving strategic and operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific region.About the Role:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution, with the agility to navigate diverse cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics across APAC countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to shape and execute strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on regional and local trends, risks, and opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives tailored to country-specific needs.
  • Ensure effective implementation of programs and policies across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Partner with corporate functions to ensure cohesive support for business units.
  • Lead or support regional projects, including M&A integration, talent development, and transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with regional/country leaders and functional heads to understand business challenges and co-create solutions.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business partnering, HR, or strategy roles.
  • Strong generalist background with in-depth understanding of end-to-end HR functions.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working across multiple APAC countries or global stakeholder management.
