The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing regional teams, leading strategic planning, and implementing operational improvements. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in operations management software and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance and achieve financial targets
  • Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies
  • Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales
  • Cross-functional collaboration with regional and HQ teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans
