We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development and Credit Manager to join our team at Digital Consulting PH. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in microfinancing or microlending, particularly in Batangas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with microenterprises in Batangas. They should also have a deep understanding of credit control, including risk management and credit evaluation.

As a Business Development and Credit Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our loan portfolio by establishing borrowing relationships with microenterprises that have been operating for at least five years. You will identify, assess, and onboard businesses, evaluate their credit strengths and risks, and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize risk while optimizing the loan book.

You will act as our primary point of contact down to the micro-enterprise level, working together with our Regional Head for Southern Luzon to build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the microenterprise community. You will continuously monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for expanding our presence across the region.

You will also provide regular updates on portfolio performance, market conditions, and borrower status, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with our overall objectives.
