Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve systemic customer issues.
- Deliver prompt, professional support via email and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to website performance, account management, subscriptions, orders, and payments.
- Maintain product knowledge and internal processes.
- Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring precision, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Utilize tools like Shopify, Recharge, and Gorgias CRM for effective customer inquiries and interactions.
- Contribute to help center articles and FAQs to improve self-service options.
- Stay informed about product updates and releases to provide accurate customer support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in eCommerce or subscription-based environments.
- Exceptional technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Recharge, and Gorgias CRM, as well as data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address complex customer challenges.
