IT Technical Support Specialist

This critical role is responsible for providing top-notch support to internal clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve Tier 1 issues within established timeframes, escalating unresolved items after thorough investigation/troubleshooting.
  • Manage user provisioning across multiple platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, Intune, and others.
  • Deploy new Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune policies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Offer expert guidance on desktop/laptop troubleshooting, mobile device setup, email configuration, MFA setup (Microsoft Authenticator), and printer issues (Windows Print Server).
  • Install and configure business applications and tools, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide remote support via Splashtop, enabling efficient issue resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions, adhering to strict SLA expectations.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining IT operations by resolving Tier 1 and select Tier 2 support issues. The successful candidate will also contribute to technical documentation and process improvement initiatives.
