About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that involves providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide step-by-step solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions provided to customers.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

 
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; IT-related degree or certification a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software; excellent communication and customer service skills.
