We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Admin Support Specialist.

This is a remote position that requires someone bright, curious and eager to learn. We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to support our team in various admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team with various admin tasks such as recording and verifying financial transactions
  • Book travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Keep calendars organized and up-to-date
  • Conduct light market research to stay informed about industry trends
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings
  • Manage social media and marketing tasks to enhance brand awareness
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate great communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Showcase strong time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prove tech-savvy skills by being experienced with using tools like Google Suite, MS Office or Xero
  • Display a proactive, can-do attitude to drive results and improve processes
