This full-time position involves working as part of a global analytics and digital solutions company, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent listening skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions with professionalism and poise
- Follow established protocols and procedures for issue resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required; college undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO (voice) environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on-site during core business hours (Monday to Friday)

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $18,000 - $23,000 per annum
