Staff Outsourcing Solutions is a leading provider of customer service solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist - Seasonal Account to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide top-notch support to our customers via calls, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, meeting or exceeding customer service metrics, and staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via call in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 6 months or 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends (if applicable).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
